At PupCulture, we aim to deliver unique pet products from around the world, right to your doorstep. Since we ship directly from our global warehouse partners, we follow a fair but limited return and refund policy, designed to protect both our customers and our small business.
- Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:
The item arrived damaged or broken
You received the wrong item
The item is defective or not as described
The item was not delivered within 45 calendar days from the date of shipping
Please note: Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
- Unboxing Video Requirement (Mandatory)
To be eligible for a refund or replacement due to damage, defect, or wrong item:
You must provide a clear unboxing video starting from the unopened package.
The video must clearly show the outer packaging, shipping label, and the condition of the product.
âš Refund/replacement requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
- Return Policy
We currently do not accept physical returns of products due to the international nature of our business and high return shipping costs.
If your claim is valid, we will offer one of the following:
A full or partial refund, depending on the issue, OR
A free replacement, depending on product availability and supplier approval
All refund and replacement decisions are subject to internal case review and product availability. In rare cases where a replacement is not possible due to supplier limitations, a refund will be processed at our discretion.”
- Timeframe to Submit a Request
All refund or replacement requests must be made within:
7 days of delivery for damaged, incorrect, or defective products
45 calendar days from shipping for undelivered items

If your refund is approved, we will process it within 3–7 business days to your original payment method. Refund time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
Orders placed with incorrect shipping information
Customer errors (e.g., choosing the wrong size or color)
Failure to provide proof (unboxing video) of a damaged/incorrect item
Delays due to customs, postal services, or incorrect addresses
Items returned without prior approval
